Platelet Incubator

The PI -48 & PI-48 Ultra are fine bench top heavy-duty platelet Incubators for security of continuous control environment for platelet storage at 22^oC. The copper tubes used for refrigeration are bright annealed high quality conforming to ASTM B Grade 68.

Cabinet Construction
Constructed of double walls, the exterior is made of Bacteria resistant powder coated sheet steel while the inner chamber is made of non magnetic AISI 304 Grade stainless steel. Unique design of forced Air Circulation for temperature provides uniformity of temperature throughout the chamber.

Temperature Control System
Side paneled controls with integrated temperature monitoring system and 7 days circular chart recorder have been positioned for ease access. The Incubator houses one Agitator (model PR- 48)

Platelet Incubator is available in Ultra and Base Models for providing optimum temperature for Platelet storage.

Main Features (Ultra Model)

PLATELET AGITATOR
The PR 48 is a flat bedded agitator to provide side to side movement for even suspension of platelets in blood plasma while retaining their viability and adhesive properties. Rollers and glides allow the drawer storage platform to agitate smoothly.

Cabinet Construction
Sturdy Metallic Perforated drawers with protective non corrosive coating for avoiding corrosion due to spillage from pilot tubes and allows uniform air circulation for platelets.
